A chronology Of The Company’s Development
When the company was established in 2000, its main offering was an electrically operated needle and syringe destroyer. For the management of biomedical waste, the first "Made in India" product was created. To far, over 100,000 copies have been sold.
In 2004, the company expanded into a variety of industries, including the design, development, and production of plastic-molded components. The business had fully automated plastic injection moulding machines and a comprehensive plastic moulding system installed in-house. To date, we have created a total of 287 plastic injection-molded parts needed for industrial and medical applications.
In 2008, the business relocated to new facilities as part of an expansion of our production facility. The manufacturing facility occupies an area of 15,000 square feet. Various solid waste management processes are being worked on by our research and development team. Our group created solid waste shredding equipment for the disposal of organic and biomedical waste. Later, we were able to effectively install 1500 shredder machines both overseas and in India.
On the eve of the company's twentieth anniversary in 2020, the largest order of shredder machines in its history was successfully completed. We created India's first shredder machine for disposing of face masks and PPE kits as part of the fight against the coronavirus.
The path to a cleaner and healthier environment persisted.
